With an unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, he has built a portfolio that reflects some of the finest architectural developments in Islamabad’s elite neighborhoods, including F-6, F-7, F-8, G-6, E-7, and Park Enclave.
Under his leadership, the companies have become known for their attention to detail, modern aesthetics, and luxurious yet functional design. Hamza has personally overseen the successful delivery of several landmark projects, many of which have redefined luxury living and investment standards in the capital.

He is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) – Islamabad Chapter, a global network of successful business leaders. Family Background
Mr. Hamza Rahman was born and raised in a household where discipline, education, and integrity were core values. His father, Mr. Aziz-ur-Rahman, is a respected and charismatic personality in Islamabad, hailing from Peshawar. Mr. Aiz-ur-Rahman after graduating from Edward College, Peshawar, joined the Pakistan Army and became an integral part of the 29th PMA Long Course — one of the most successful batch in the history of the Pakistan Army.
Later, he joined The Saigol Group of Companies — one of Pakistan’s leading business conglomerates — where he served for over 50 years, as Group General Manager, leading over 20 companies at a time across sectors including power, textiles, home appliances, and more. Over the course of his career, he generated employment opportunities for thousands of aspiring young individuals. His remarkable career has been a source of great inspiration for Hamza.
Business Journey
From a young age, I always aspired to become an entrepreneur — to build something meaningful, lead with purpose, and create value through my own business. Fueled by this passion and a clear vision, I founded HAY Builders (Pvt) Ltd in 2011, marking the beginning of what would become a remarkable journey in the world of construction and real estate.
In 2013, I expanded into the real estate sector with the launch of Chohan Estate, which later rebranded as Chohan HAY Estate in 2020, aligning it more closely with the HAY brand vision.
The early years were not easy. I started from a very modest setup, working tirelessly day and night, often facing serious financial and operational challenges. But my goals were clear, and I was determined to succeed. I never gave up. With faith in Allah and a commitment to hard work, I continued to push forward — step by step, brick by brick.
Today, by the grace of Almighty Allah, HAY Builders (Pvt) Ltd has successfully delivered over 100 premium residential and commercial construction projects across Islamabad. At the same time, Chohan HAY Estate has facilitated the sale and purchase of over 200 properties and has helped numerous national and international brands secure rental spaces in prime locations.
This growth is not just a business milestone — it’s a reflection of trust, resilience, and relentless dedication. What once started as a one-man dream has grown into a thriving organization of 100+ professionals, working together under the HAY banner.
Our name now stands as a trusted symbol in both construction and real estate. And while we’ve achieved a lot, our journey is far from over. With continued faith, integrity, and innovation, we aim to reach even greater heights — always guided by purpose, and always rooted in gratitude.
